We’ll meet at the NSRA parking area on Helmick Rd, just east of Sedro-Woolley on the north side of SR 20 and walk the trails along both sides of Hansen Creek. There's a chance to see American Bitterns, welcome Tree and Violet-green Swallows for the breeding season and hear songs from Marsh Wrens and Red-winged Blackbirds. Lazuli Bunting and Rufous Hummingbirds were spotted here last spring.
