Education is the future

Skagit Audubon Society (SAS) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization whose mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and biological diversity.
We support an annual scholarship(s) to Skagit Valley College for students in the environmental conservation program and provide educational events and outreach to local schools and after school activities. SAS also supports a variety of activities in the local community that aim to support and protect birds and their habitats.

General Donation
General donations are unrestricted and are used where most needed in carrying out our mission.
Scholarship Fund
Donations to the Scholarship Fund are used to fund scholarships to college students in environmental studies such as the program at Skagit Valley College.
Education
Donations to the Education Fund are used buy materials and services in support of our educational programs, including books, loaner backbacks, kids' binoculars, school field trips and more.

Skagit Audubon Society does not solicit donations from persons who are not resident in Washington State
