Sun., May 11 – Mother’s Day Birding & Brunch/Ted Reep Trail (Mount Vernon) 8:30–11:30 am+
Trip Leaders: Lisa Hopkins and Monica Liebert; treasurer@skagitaudubon.org
Pre-registration required: see information below
Yes, this will be on Mother’s Day, but not everyone has a mother (or kids) nearby to celebrate with. Please join us, if you are able, for a 2-mile walk on this in-city trail that parallels the Skagit River. We especially invite all Moms. We should see many songbird species and a few raptors and woodpeckers as well. Afterwards, those who wish to can join us for a brunch/lunch at a local eatery TBD, at your own cost. The trail has NO BATHROOMS and can be muddy, so plan accordingly.
