“A Year in the Life of the North American Woodpecker

Paul Bannick will return to Skagit Audubon for our April program with another visually stunning presentation, sharing the results of his years of Woodpecker observation and research and exceptional photographs. His recently published book, Woodpecker: A Year in the Life of North American Woodpeckers, has already been featured in the NY Times and nominated for an award.
In a first-time collaboration with the Mount Vernon Library, we will offer this special event in the Mount Vernon Library Commons room. The new event room, shown below, is accessible, roomy and offers two directional screens for maximum viewing.
The Mt. Vernon Library Commons is located at 208 W. Kincaid St., Mt. Vernon. Free, ample parking is available in the garage. Free admission and refreshments provided!
