MARCH 8 GUEMES ISLAND Hike 6.3 or 7.3 miles RT on Guemes Island, 4 or 5 miles on road shoulder and 2.3 miles on the new trail to the top of Guemes Island. We will take the 9:45 am ferry from Anacortes to Guemes. The ferry is located at 500 I Avenue. RT foot passenger fare is $2.00 or $2.50 for seniors. No set return time. Moderate

Skagit Audubon Society holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month except for the months of July and August. We meet at 7:00 pm at Padilla Bay Interpretive Center (Google map), 10441 Bayview-Edison Rd. Mount Vernon. Meetings are open to all.
The board of directors meets at the same location at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, except for the months of July and August.
