Hiking Info

Keep in mind that weather conditions, forest fires and smoke, logging, construction, aggressive bears or other unexpected circumstances may cause changes in the following hikes. For information on the September 7th, 14th, and 21st hikes,  call RONAN ELLIS , 360-420-5659 or e-mail him at  For information on theSept. 28st hike call JOAN MELCHER, 360-424-0407 or e-mail her at if you have questions.  All hikes are on a Wednesday.  Dogs are discouraged on Audubon-sponsored hikes. If they are on a hike, dogs must be leashed at all times.

*Means that a Northwest Forest Pass or a federal Senior Pass is required for parking.

Get Membership Information

Skagit Audubon Society holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month except for the months of July and August. We meet at 7:00 pm at Padilla Bay Interpretive Center(Google map), 10441 Bayview-Edison Rd. Mount Vernon. Meetings are open to all.

The board of directors meets at the same location at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, except for the months of July and August.
